Contributions made to Transplant Foundation are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowable by law.   Transplant Foundation acknowledges that no goods or services were exchanged in consideration for this donation. Transplant Foundation is a not-for-profit organization as described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
